REQUEST
FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Provincial Program Office of Balochistan Devolved Social
Services Program (BDSSP) intends to hire the following Short-Term
Consultancy Services under the Technical Assistance Loan of ADB:

Survey Design
Specialist
(2 months), will develop instrument for pilot test PETS, QSDS & Citizen
Report Card
-
Health Specialist
(3 months), will assist the provincial health department to develop
sector strategies etc;
-
Water Supply and
Sanitation Specialist
(2 months), will assist the provincial government PHE to develop sector
strategy in water & sanitation
-
Education Specialist
(2 months), will assist the provincial education department to develop
sector strategy in Education
-
Communications
Specialist
(2 months), will develop communication strategy to strengthen community
involvement in social sector services & facilities planning.

Management Information
System/ Data-base Specialist (3 months),will review the existing MIS systems in education and
health sectors and will design PHE-MIS
-
Services and General
Administration Specialist (4 months), will develop proposals to improve Services
Structure and incentives system for public functionaries.

Procurement Specialist
(4 months), will develop an advance procurement plan for proposed BDSSP
TA Loan
-
Human Development
Specialist
(2 months), will develop a human resource development action plan for
social sectors.
Interested individual consultants are invited to indicate
their interest in providing the services through their CV/Bio-data;
indicating that they are qualified to perform the Services and have done
similar kind of assignments. Consultants having the working experience in
Balochistan Province will be given priority.
The assignments will be started very shortly; therefore, the
applicants should indicate their availability on a short notice.
